1. Royalty-Free Usage for Independent Projects

You are free to use the included drum loops and one-shots royalty-free in your:

• Personal projects

• Independent releases

• Beat tapes or mixtapes

• Tracks distributed through platforms without Major Label or Large Indie Label backing

No additional fees or royalty splits are required for these uses, and you retain full creative freedom.

2. Special Conditions for Major Projects

If the loops are used in larger-scale productions, the following conditions apply:

A. Major Releases A release will be considered a "Major Release" if it:

• Is distributed or released via a Major Label (e.g., SonyBMG, UMG, WEA, or their subsidiaries) or a Large Indie Label (e.g., Alamo, Empire, 300, E1, or comparable labels).

• Exceeds 1 million streams across platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube.

For Major Releases, you must:

1. Contact Me promptly at floflo@ebmnet.ch to discuss clearance for use of the loops.

2. Negotiate Terms for a fair share of publishing, producer royalties, or synch licensing fees, as applicable.

3. Provide me with appropriate credit, such as "Co-Producer" or "Sample Creator," in liner notes, metadata, or advertisements where relevant.

B. Large Sync Placements If the loops are used in sync projects, such as advertisements, TV shows, movies, or video games, and these placements are part of a Major Label or Large Indie Label production, the same terms as Major Releases apply.

3. Fair and Flexible Agreements

• For any Major Release or Large Sync Placement, all terms (e.g., royalties, publishing splits, and credits) are negotiable. My aim is always to ensure a fair and reasonable agreement that benefits both parties.

• You will never be required to pay additional fees upfront, and I will not block your release or demand unreasonable terms.

4. One-Shot Sounds Excluded

One-shot drum sounds from this pack are fully royalty-free and exempt from any additional terms, regardless of the type of project.
